Rolling out the big prints!

Our weekend of steamroller printing on the opening weekend of the Castlemaine State Festival was a roaring success much to the delight and relief (printmaking pun intended) of all.

It was wonderful have the artists from Yirrkala working in our space, to have students from Ballarat Grammar participate so fully, and to see Castlemaine Press so embraced by the many community members who came along to make plates and watch steamroller printing in action.

A VERY BIG thank you to everyone who contributed to making our Full Steam Ahead! Steamroller Printing weekend the terrific success that it was! Thank you especially to: Castlemaine State Festival, Yirrkala Buku-Larrnggay Mulka Centre and Kade MacDonald, Lot 19, John Post, The Salvage Yard, Trouble Magazine, Ewin Wood, Martin Tatton, Deb Sonenberg, Melissa Proposch, Kir Larwill, Jane Rusden, Barb Semler, Jinette de Gooijer, Dave Bradley, Jackie Gorring, Kim Barter, Robyn Gibson, Jane Marriott, Gayle Gissing, Janet Neilson, Helen Gilfillan, Malini Maunsell, Molly Rule and Penny Peckham.
